All levels are welcome. This easy no pressure class will introduce you to the Ayurvedic aspects of Mindfulness, Meditation, Breathing and Chanting techniques. Basic word repetition or chanting that you can turn into daily routines to ease your mind and relax your body. Meditation, breathing (Pranayama) techniques and chanting made easy. We hope to see you there! This a donation based event and completely free for students.
