Join Sita Davis, Artist and Certified Yoga Therapist, for a transformational morning of yoga, art, journaling and connecting deeply to Nature, using the New Moon Calendar Journal (www.themoonismycalendar.com).
In this workshop, we will explore our own body’s microcosm of lunar energy through visualization, pranayama and asana. Sita will guide you in establishing a practice of charting wellness throughout the lunar cycle, helping to bring your intentions to life by creating moon mandalas. These practices powerfully bring balance, sweetness and stability to the ebb and flow of our often excessively active solar lives.
