Yoga offers teens a way to find steady ground between the excitement and stresses of growing up. This class champions confidence and inner strength through physical and creative challenges. It also develops calming and relaxing practices, which are essential skills that carry far beyond the mat. This is designed to be a space for teens to make meaningful connections with themselves and their fellow yogis.
All levels are welcome. This easy no pressure class will introduce you to the Ayurvedic aspects of Mindfulness, Meditation, Breathing and Chanting techniques. Basic word repetition or chanting that you can turn into daily routines to ease your mind and relax your body. Meditation, breathing (Pranayama) techniques and chanting made easy.
