Bring heartbeats to harmony in this Adagio class. We use percussion instruments to create accountability and intention with movements, timing, cues and working in harmony as a group. Very effective for people who may be ”over thinkers” or anyone who enjoys music or wants to improve their rhythm. Intentional movements in this class result in energy production in the body.
