Mindful Yoga for All Levels and All Bodies, Wednesdays from 7:30-8:45
This class provides a safe, complete and balanced practice for deepening awareness and breath, building strength and flexibility, improving balance, and integrating the mind and body. Through classical yoga postures and breath practice, as well as connection to the cycles and elements of Nature, you will leave class feeling connected, open, aligned, nurtured and aware.
Suggested cost – $17-$20 per person, no one turned away for lack of funds.
