Quiet the mind and take a moment to cherish your presence. Join us in this special meditation class where we use only one, simple breathing technique. We tune in deeply to the subtle body, the flow of energy running through us, but we do so by sitting very quietly. Our goal is to feel the dynamics between the flow of the energy in the subtle body, the deep spiritual presence of Kundalini, and the profound potency of pure, still, consciousness.
