This class is ideal for the aging body to build strength, improve alignment and increase circulation. It includes a variety of techniques including body conditioning, joint mobility work, pilates and qigong. Sessions integrate stretching, opposition training, coordination and balance work.
Each class has a new routine, keeping participants alert and strengthening mindfulness.
Tools in this class may include resistance bands, gliders, weights and chairs. No experience needed, get ready to enjoy the best hour of your day!
